“It’s awesome to make it again. Our goal is still the same and that’s to win and get over this win a game and go home slump we are in.” – Head Coach Anthony Vignieri-Greener
This will be the fourth straight season UNLV will be in the national tournament (3rd at the division one level). In the previous two seasons, UNLV qualified as the 13 seed both times and won their first matchup before losing the next day to fourth seeded Ohio. This year, should UNLV get past ASU in their first round game, they would have to play #2 Liberty the next day.
The ACHA Tournament will take place in Frisco, TX at the Comerica Center, with the Dallas Stars hosting for the second straight year.
UNLV’s matchup with ASU will take place on Thursday, March 19th at 5pm (CT)/ 3pm (PT)
